Recording health, what your manager sees, and your CRM's fields
Recording health on every sit: how much was recorded against the sit’s length, and each gap with its reason (a call, the pause when nobody talks, your own pause, the app closing). On the sit review, the breakdown, and as a marker on the sits list and the review queue.
What my manager sees: one page, from Me on the phone or the menu under your initials on the web, that lists what your managers and admins can and cannot see about your sits. It follows your company’s settings as they change.
This week’s recordings on Me, with the minute each one started and ended. Recording starts only when you slide to start, and stops when the sit ends or when you pause.
Start a sit from your CRM: a link from an appointment opens its sit on the phone, ready on the brief. An appointment not yet in TrueSit gets its sit, filled in when your CRM sends the rest.
CRM field mapping: admins choose which CRM fields fill an appointment and which ones get each sit’s results, test it on the newest sit without sending anything, and save it as a new version. The brief shows what your CRM already knows about the appointment.
That is not what I said: flag a line of your own transcript, or a step you were scored on, and the step is scored again without that line. It fixes the transcript; Flag this sit still tells your manager about the sale.
The dashboard puts the numbers in one strip, each with your company’s own target, and opens on the last full month while this one is still thin.
A teammate’s shared sit is on by default for new teams; it still opens only when its rep shared a moment from it.
What exactly, and live words in every sit
What exactly: after picking why a sit did not close, say what exactly (A cheaper bid, Waiting on other bids, A decision maker was absent and more). Your trends show which reason keeps coming back over your last 20 sits, and step impact shows managers the team’s reasons.
Every sit is transcribed while it happens, so Quick recap reads what was said in every organization. An organization can still choose to transcribe after the sit.
Model nudge: the wrap-up nudge always names what was not heard; an admin can add the model’s read of the sit (the open question and a line to say) in Settings.
Photos in the web transcript, at the moment each was taken, like on the phone.
Who said what stays the same person from the start of a long sit to the end.
Moments, Ride-along, Level and the public API
Moments replace the single best moment: up to three each of Best, In question and Needs work, each with the words and one line on why. Share them with the team in two taps; managers share lessons.
Quick recap: during the sit, the rep asks for a short read of how it is going so far.
Ride-along for managers: follow any sit live from the web, with the transcript and the stages so far, and message the rep.
Ask Level saves the questions you ask often and keeps a history.
Seats and plans with recording hours pooled across the team, a pause after a long silence and an end time for a sit left running.
Continue with Google or Apple at sign-in, and Appearance: light, dark or follow the system.
Photos on the sit, taken during or after it, in sit time on the review and the household.
The arrival reminder at the sit’s time, with Start one tap away.
My visits on the map for each rep, and the team’s week on the leaderboard with streaks, badges and weekly challenges.
Household suggestions: the people and who decides, the project and the budget, heard in the sit and added to the household with one tap.
Other bids mentioned: when the homeowner talks about another company’s quote, the review shows it, and the dashboard shows how those sits ended.
How they decide: each decision-maker’s style (Numbers first, Fast and direct, Trust first, Big picture) with how to present to it, on the review and on the brief for the next visit.
Manager review time on the owner’s dashboard: how soon each manager reviews and what they comment on.
The public API and webhooks: read-only tokens for your own systems, and signed notices when a sit is ready, scored or a moment is shared.
The team, the doors and the households
Recording modes: a standard sit, a Ride-along with a manager listening in, or Practice.
Ride-along on the rep’s phone: a silent message from the manager, answered with one tap.
Ask Level: ask about a sit, your numbers or the team, from any page.
Wins: the team’s wins in one feed, with reactions.
Canvass sessions: doors, conversations and appointments set, with the numbers per canvasser.
Homeowners: every household with its sits, contact details, tasks and owner rep.
Tags on the sits list and the review queue, and playbook steps written as questions.
Set up from your website: TrueSit reads your site and drafts your company profile, trades and playbook questions for you to check.
Notification settings for every role, and the Mic check on the first run.
The watch starts any recording mode and shows Ride-along messages.
Processing modes and the demo
Processing modes: score each sit as soon as it ends, or overnight at a lower cost.
The live stage tracker follows the sit from what is said, stage by stage.
A full demo you can open in a browser, with sample data that resets.
Ready for real accounts
Delete your account or export your data at any time, and homeowners can ask to have a recording removed.
Invites and seats: an admin invites the team, with a trial and clear limits.
Import leads from a spreadsheet, or have your dispatch software send appointments in.
The consent line follows the law of the state the sit is in, with the rep’s home state as the fallback.
Hardened security: tighter headers, rate limits, an audit log of every listen, download and change.
The whole product, on sample data
The web app for managers and owners: the dashboard, the sit review with reported versus real, the review queue, playbooks per appointment type, step impact, tasks, objections, the knowledge base, messages, billing and seats.
The phone app for reps: today’s sits, the brief before the door, recording with the live stage tracker, the wrap-up, your own score first, then the breakdown.
Apple Watch and Wear OS companions.
The weekly rollup email on Monday morning, and next-step tasks drawn from each sit.
The marketing site with pricing and the legal pages.
The foundation
Recording built to survive the real world: the phone records in short pieces, keeps going through a call, and uploads in the background when it can.
Every sit scored against your own sales process, stage by stage, with the real reason it sold or did not next to the reason that was reported.
Each organization’s data kept apart from every other, enforced in the database itself.
