Help Mentor

Add files and clips to Knowledge

Use this to keep your company's own material and the best moments of real sits in one place.

  1. In the sidebar under Mentor, open Knowledge.
  2. Choose Upload. Give the file a Title, pick its Kind, and choose the File: PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint, up to 25 MB.
  3. The file shows under Files with who added it and when. Choose Open to read it or Delete to remove it.
  4. Under Gold library, clips from real sits wait as Proposed.
  5. To propose a clip, open a sit, go to Moments and choose Add to gold library on the moment.
  6. Play a proposed clip, then choose Approve to move it to Approved.

Good material to start with: your scripts, your price book and your training notes.

If it does not work

  • The file was not uploaded: check its type and size, then try again.
  • Knowledge is missing from the sidebar: it is for managers and org admins only, and your plan may not include it.
