Export my data
Use this to get a copy of the data TrueSit holds about you.
- On the phone, open Me, then Account, then tap Export my data. On the web, open Settings, find Your account, then choose Export my data.
- TrueSit says the export has started and the link arrives by email.
- Open the email and follow the link to download your file.
The export includes your profile and memberships, your sits with their scorecards and your self-scores, the notes and messages you wrote, your tasks, your locations, your practice sessions, and your Level questions, answers and saved questions.
For org admins: to export the whole organization, open Settings, find Organization data, then choose Export organization data.
If it does not work
- The export did not start: check your connection and try again.
- No email: check spam. The latest export shows under Export my data with its state.
