Follow a live sit and ride along

Use this to follow a sit while it is happening and help the rep quietly, without interrupting the room.

For managers and org admins

On the web, in the sidebar under Record, open Live sits. On the phone, open Today and look under Recording now.
Each sit recording now shows the stages heard so far and the next one missing. Open a sit.
A Standard sit shows the stage line only.
A Ride-along sit also shows the Live transcript (a little behind the room), the rep's Quick recaps as they happen, and Ask Level about this sit.
To nudge the rep, pick a line under Quick messages or type your own, then choose Send. It arrives on the rep's phone and watch without a sound.

For the rep

Start the sit in Ride-along mode: on the brief, press and hold the bubble, slide up to Ride-along and let go.
A manager's message shows on the live screen and on your watch. Tap Got it or Not now.

Reps never see another rep's live sit. The rep in the sit sees only your messages.

If it does not work

Live sits is empty: nobody is recording right now.
No transcript on a live sit: it was started in Standard mode. Ask the rep to use Ride-along next time.
