Use the Stages and Outcomes views
Use this to see which stages show up in sits that close, and how your sits end.
- In the sidebar under Insights, open Insights.
- Pick a Period.
- Choose the Stages view. For each stage of your playbook you see how often it was heard in won sits and in lost sits, and the close rate when it was heard against when it was not.
- Still in Stages, read the reasons reps gave in their own self-scores, with what exactly and how many reps gave each one.
- Choose the Outcomes view. It shows the outcome mix for the period (Sold, PNS, No price, Reschedule) and each sit's closing checks.
- Open a sit from the list to hear it.
A stage heard more often in won sits is a pattern worth testing with your team, not proof that the stage alone closes the sale. Small samples move a lot from week to week.
If it does not work
- The page says there are not enough decided sits: pick a longer Period.
- Insights is missing from the sidebar: your company's plan may not include it.
