Help Sit review

Leave a note at a moment

Use this to tell a rep something about an exact moment of their sit, pinned to the words it is about.

1. Open the sit review, from Review queue or Sits.
2. Play the sit, or tap a line in the Transcript or a moment under Moments, to get to the right spot.
3. Choose Note at the top of the sit, or the note action on a moment. The note box shows the time it is pinned to.
4. To pin it to where the player is now, choose change.
5. Type your note and choose Send note.
6. The rep sees it at that moment in their transcript, and it is listed under Notes on the sit.
7. To talk it through, use the message button next to Note. The thread lives in Messages.

A rep's own private notes are never shown to managers.

If it does not work

• Note is missing: you are looking at your own sit. Notes are for other reps' sits.
• The note was not saved: check your connection and send it again.
