Read objections
Use this to see what homeowners push back on, how often reps answer it, and which answers bring the sit back.
- In the sidebar under Insights, open Objections.
- Pick a Period.
- Objections by type lists each objection with how many Times it came up, how often it was Answered, and how often the sit was Recovered.
- Recovery by rep shows each rep's recovery rate for each objection, so you can see who handles which one well.
- Rebuttals that recovered shows the words reps used when an objection was answered and the sit came back.
- Share the best rebuttals with the team: open the sit, then share the moment as a lesson (see Find and share moments).
If it does not work
- The page says no objections were recorded in this period: choose See all-time.
- Rebuttals that recovered is empty: no objection has been recovered yet in the scored sits.
