Read the scorecard

Use this to see how a sit went against your company's own sales process, stage by stage.

Open the sit and find Scorecard.
Each stage of your company's playbook shows as heard, partly heard or missed.
Open a stage to see its questions, each answered Yes, Partly or No, or Not answered.
Tap a stage or a quote to jump to that moment in the Transcript.
Sit score is the total, weighted the way your playbook weights its stages.
On the web, Stages in the expected order shows when each stage happened in the sit.
To find any words in the sit, use Search the transcript.

If it does not work

A stage looks wrong: the recording may not carry those words clearly, or the playbook's questions need work. Managers edit them in Playbooks (see Build a playbook and its stages).
A rep disagrees with a stage: on the phone, tap Flag what went wrong on the sit and say why. The manager sees it in Messages.
A voice has the wrong name: tap Name this voice and type the right name.
