Help Sit review
Find and share moments
Use this to see what went well and what did not in a sit, and to choose what the team gets to see.
- Open the sit and go to Moments (a tab on the web, a section on the phone).
- Moments come in three groups: Best, In question and Needs work. Each has a quote from the sit, the time, one line on why, and the stage.
- Tap Play to hear one.
- To share one moment, tap Share on it. To share several, tap Share moments: the Best ones are checked for you.
- A shared Best moment becomes a win on Team. Other moments become lessons. If your company approves wins first, a manager publishes it.
For managers and org admins
- Share as a lesson shares any moment for the team to learn from. Your company decides whether lessons carry the rep's name.
- Mark a moment marks a span of the transcript as a moment of any kind.
- Add to gold library proposes the moment as a clip for Knowledge.
If it does not work
- Share is missing: only the sit's own rep shares Best moments; managers share lessons.
- A sit has no moments: a moment is kept only when its quote is really in the transcript.
