Use the Team page

Use this to see and celebrate the team's progress, not only closed deals.

1. On the web, in the sidebar under Team, open Team. On the phone, open Me and tap Team.
2. Wins shows closed sales, personal bests, stage streaks and the Best moments reps share. React with Nice or Congrats, or choose Add a comment.
3. Lessons shows moments shared to learn from, with the quote and why. Tap Learned from this when one helped.
4. Leaderboard ranks the team. Choose Rank by to switch between score, close rate, sits and most improved.
5. Challenges shows the week's challenges, such as Company story in 5 sits, and how far you are. Your progress also shows on Me under This week.
6. Open Sit of the week when a manager has pinned one.

For managers and org admins

1. Choose Set challenges and pick up to three for the week.
2. On a sit, choose Pin as sit of the week. Unpin removes it.
3. If wins wait for approval, choose Publish or Hide on each one.
4. In Settings, choose whether wins publish themselves, how names show on the leaderboard, whether lessons carry the rep's name, and whether reps may open a teammate's shared sit. Reps see teammates’ shared sits starts on for a new team; a team that had TrueSit before October 2026 keeps it off until an admin turns it on. Either way a sit opens only when its rep shared a moment from it.

If it does not work

• Team is missing: Solo accounts have no team.
• A shared sit will not open: your company has not allowed reps to open teammates' shared sits.
