Who collects it
For sits, the rep’s company decides what is recorded and TrueSit processes it for that company as its service provider. For our website, walkthrough requests, support and Solo accounts, TrueSit (DMS Consultation Inc., Los Angeles, California) is the business.

Sensitive personal information
The rep’s voiceprint and precise location are sensitive personal information. We use them only to provide the service as described and never to infer characteristics about anyone, so no further limit is needed; you can still delete a voiceprint or turn location off at any time.
No sale, no sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including that of anyone under 16.
Your rights
You can ask to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Homeowners: ask the rep’s company or write to privacy@truesit.ai with the date and address of the visit; we route it within 5 business days. Everyone: privacy@truesit.ai.
