Solo subscription terms

Version 0.1, 2026-10-11. The automatic renewal terms shown before a Solo purchase on the web, the reminder and the cancel path. Self-serve sign-up is off for now; this page is ready for when it turns on. Purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play follow the store’s own subscription rules, shown by the store. The checkout shows these terms in the same view as the button, before payment, in text as large as the price:

Your plan renews automatically. TrueSit Solo costs [price] per [month or year], charged to your card today and every [month or year] until you cancel.
Trial. [If a trial applies: Free until [date]. On [date] you will be charged [price] unless you cancel before then.]
Cancel any time, online. In the web app under Billing, or at the link in every receipt. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change, and it applies only from your next renewal.

A checkbox the customer ticks: “I agree to automatic renewal on these terms.” The purchase button stays off until it is ticked.

The confirmation email

Sent right after purchase, in a form the customer can keep:

the plan, the price and how often it renews;
the trial end date, if any;
how to cancel online, with a direct link; and
our contact for billing questions.

Reminders

Trials. At least 3 days before a trial converts, an email with the date, the price and the cancel link.
Yearly plans. Between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, an email with the date, the price and the cancel link.
Every year. At least once a year, a reminder of the plan, its price and how to cancel.
Price changes. At least 30 days before, with the new price and the cancel link.

How to cancel

In the web app: Billing, then Cancel plan. No call, chat or survey is required to finish.
From any receipt or reminder email: the cancel link opens the same page.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period; we confirm by email.

Refunds

Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. If a renewal was charged without the reminder this page promises, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we refund it.

Store purchases

If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, the store bills you and you cancel in the store’s subscription settings. We show a link to them in the app.
