Voiceprint release
Release version 1, 2026-10-11. The exact text the rep reads and agrees to in the app before reading the three enrollment lines. The app fills in the bracketed values, records the rep’s tap on “I agree”, its time and this version, and keeps that record with the voiceprint. Counsel writes and signs the final text.

Your voiceprint
You can choose to let TrueSit make a voiceprint of your voice. It is optional.
What happens. You read three short lines aloud, about 30 seconds. TrueSit turns the recording into a voiceprint, a set of numbers that describes your voice, and deletes the recording right away.
What it is for. Only to tell your voice apart from the other voices in your own sits, so your transcripts and scores are about you. It is not used to sign you in, to identify you anywhere else, or for any other purpose.
Who holds it. TrueSit keeps it for [Company]. Nobody in the app can see it, including you, your managers and your company’s admins. It is never sold or shared.
How long. It is destroyed after [24] months, or sooner: when you leave [Company], when you delete it, when your account is deleted, or when [Company] closes its account.
Your choice. If you say no, you lose nothing: after each sit, the app asks “Is this you?” and you tap your voice. [Company] may not require a voiceprint or treat you differently if you decline. You can delete your voiceprint at any time in Voice and consent.
More. The voiceprint policy at truesit.ai/legal/voiceprint has the full retention schedule and your rights.
By tapping “I agree”, you give TrueSit and [Company] your written release to collect, store and use your voiceprint as described above.
Buttons: I agree and Not now.
What the app records
- The rep’s account and organization.
- The time of “I agree” and the release version (version 1).
- The organization’s voiceprint period in months at that time, which sets the destruction date.
When the text changes
A new version applies only to new enrollments. A material change (a new purpose, a longer period) asks every enrolled rep to agree again; a rep who does not agree within 30 days has the voiceprint destroyed.
